Oaties! I heard you were craving some more Monday OATFIT! Well look who's got you covered today---My name is Todd and today we'll be taking your workout routine to the next level with my simple yet challenging workout routine.
All you will need are some simple weights & a few pieces of exercise equipment to help you tone up in all the ways you're looking for!
Like a lot of people, getting in a decent quality workout can seem super challenging these days. And adding parenting & family life into the mix can make the days race by quicker!
But believe me when I tell you that prioritizing your health & fitness needs will make all the difference in your day-to-day life. I've personally saw improvements in my own mental clarity, my emotional well being, and the bonus benefits of reaching my desired physique have just been the icing on the cake.
Now, Lets get started:
1st: Put on your favorite YouTube Workout Playlist! (Here's a cool one I found to try out!: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2B7jzDj6a3s)
My Workout routine (with a focus on chest, arms, back, and cardio).
I start my workout with treadmill sprints for 10 - 15 min, running at a Max-Speed for 30 seconds intervals .
Then, I jog at Half-Speed for a minute after I have completed the 15 minutes sprints.
Next, I do 5 sets of 10 Reps of Each exercise:
-Barbell upright rows
-Wide grip pull ups
-One arm swinging with a Kettle bell
-Barbell overhead press
I will finish my workout by either doing 15 pyramid push-ups, or I will do a brief Heavy Rope set (3 sets for 1 min each set)!
